How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least two weeks ahead, and four or more for December weekends and holiday break, which fill up first.
Do non-skating guests count toward my package?
No. Packages are priced by skater. Non-skating guests are welcome in your party tent at no charge. Your tent comes with an 8′ table and 10 chairs.
Can we bring a cake?
Yes! Cake, cupcakes and treats are welcome. Other outside food isn't permitted. Our Winter Wonderland package includes 2 large pizzas.
Does the rink close for our party?
Party packages skate during a public session with your own party tent. To have the whole rink to yourselves, book a Private Ice Rental: $2,500 per hour for up to 100 skaters, outside public hours.
What happens if it rains?
We skate rain or shine in light drizzle. If heavy rain, wind or lightning closes the ice, we'll reschedule your event to another date this season at no charge.
Is my deposit refundable?
Deposits are fully refundable up to 14 days before your event. After that, we're happy to move your deposit to another date this season.
